Unlike most imported truffle products which contain cheap summer truffle (look for this on the label - it's called "Tuber aestivum"), ours all include Australian grown black winter truffle ("Tuber melanosporum") grown at our truffle farm "ruffle Paddock in Gippsland, Victoria. We add value to our truffles by pairing them with quality ingredients produced in the hands of experienced makers, combining the truffle with the finest ingredients from our artisan partners.

We've also catered to different cuisines - sure we have a great truffle oil and and the tastiest aioli, but try our Ponzu dipping sauce with seafood or Asian dumplings, or just open a jar of our Fancy Beans (truffled baked beans) for an easy and affordable truffle meal any time.
